Ashish Gupta

I have deep and diverse industry experience leading corporate wide efforts to establish architecture and best practices, providing technology solutions to business problems and communicating at all levels of organization, architecting and designing highly scalable software systems, and building and leading high performance cross functional teams to build large scale enterprise software.

I work for Yahoo in its Yahoo Publisher Network Engineering team. Before that I have worked in roles of software architect and engineering manager at companies like Tata Consultancy services, Webvan, Netscape and Digital Insight (Intuit).

I am expert in architecting and building very large scalable end to end web applications, data warehousing, OO design , Database design, Java and RDBMS.

I have BS. in Electronics Engg. from IT-BHU , India ( a top engg. college in India) and MS. in Computer science from CSU, Ohio.

I live in Simi Valley , a sububarn city north of Los Angeles with my wife and 3 kids. In my spare time I enjoy reading Indian philosophy and listening to music.
